Originally from Kaliningrad, Russia at age 10 Masha discovered Monty Python, Alfred Hitchcock and Lars Von Trier and has since been drawn to film. 

As a teenager in early 2000s' she attended a high school in Texas. Her first short film - a documentary "Woody before Allen '' - featuring Woody Allen himself - premieres at Woodstock IFF and goes on a tour of festivals around the world. 

In 2010 Masha came to Paris in search of a lost film of Jean Cocteau. She has since been living in France pursuing both personal and commercial projects.

Her mixed culture upbringing resulted in somewhat juxtaposed passions on one side surreal narrative, landscapes and transitory zones on another raw and street culture, cityscapes, hip hop and fast cars. But always in search of character and depth.  

Her campaign credits include Alexander McQueen, Loro Piana, Hermès, Lancôme, Shiseido, Paco Rabanne and Prada.
