British director Ben Dawkins first entered the world of motion graphics and CG, after studying design and photography at Bournemouth College of Art. Primarily working in the music industry, Ben turned his hand to directing after the success of his first music promo for electronic artist Bogdan Raczynski. After it won numerous awards including a nomination for best new director at the CADS, he was commissioned by Mother to direct 3 films for Orange. Ben’s unique mix of coupling slick CG with an intuitive observational style, has seen him work on commercials for Playstation, Royal Mail, the award-winning Knife City for the Met Police (picking up 2 Cannes Lions) and sports brands including Adidas and Nike, seeing him collaborate with Lionel Messi, Zlatan Ibrahimovic and American football legend Reggie Bush.
