Vincent Haycock

Vince grew up in a small town in Northern California and worked across various visual mediums, including film, documentary and print. After contributing to the title sequence design for Fight Club, he received a Emmy nomination for designing and directing the main title sequence for Nip/Tuck. He has since directed dozens of music videos, commercials, and several short films. The videos have garnered numerous awards, from video of the year, best direction & MTV VMA. He recently directed the “The Odyssey” series of music videos for Florence + The Machine’s new album, How Big, How Blue, How Beautiful.

His music videos have been a place to experiment, fueling his voice. The last couple years his work has focused on intimate stories of youth culture, finding that hazy purgatory between the real and the imagined. He likes creating worlds that are authentic and honest and then slightly subverting them, exploring the border between fiction & non-fiction.
